I attended Perform at St. George's Park for rehabilitation after a knee replacement operation. I received fantastic treatment from my Physio Beth Langley who was a totally dedicated, committed, brilliant young lady. Beth did a great job in moving me forward and with her expertise and the use of the amazing facilities, my recovery has very much improved for being in her care. She is also a team player, the Elite Physio Steve Kemp was always around to offer advice, and really brilliant demos with exercises and stretches.This made me feel totally reassured with the whole process.Bath and the team have given me lots of information on how to progress following my three weeks of rehab. I honestly don't think I could have received better treatment anywhere, and have nothing but praise for everyone. So its a great big thank you to all at St. George's Park.
