We want you to be fully informed when it comes to healthcare. Spire was the first private healthcare company in the UK to publish its clinical performance and patient reports on our website, providing critical information across key patient concerns.

We’ve collated information for 10 key indicators into a Quality Governance Report, the first of which demonstrates our performance and progress in the first six months of 2018. We believe that by openly sharing this information, along with details of our CQC inspection results, general governance developments and our commitments to freedom to speak up and whistleblowing, it will better inform our patients and help drive improvements.

Our ambition is to become famous for clinical quality and customer care, and this report reflects our desire to provide high quality treatment to patients delivered via a culture of transparency. Our plan is to refine, update and build upon our analysis of the information presented in this report and republish it every six months to ensure we maintain the highest standards and are accountable for our performance.
