Your assessment will include a consultation with a GP, supported by a comprehensive range of tests.
This advanced screening includes a 30+ parameter blood test, helping to build a detailed picture of your heart health, diabetes risk, liver, kidney and thyroid function, and more.
By identifying potential risks early, your health check provides the insight and guidance you need to make informed decisions about your wellbeing.

Your results and next steps
After your health assessment, you’ll receive a clear, personalised health report detailing your results and what they mean for you.
Your GP will highlight any areas to address and provide practical recommendations to support your ongoing health. If needed, they can refer you to a Spire specialist or arrange fast access to further diagnostic tests

How do I book my health assessment?
Booking your health assessment is quick and easy. Simply choose a date and time that works for you using our online booking system. Once your booking is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your appointment.
How does the health assessment work?
Your health assessment begins with a consultation with an experienced GP to discuss your medical history, lifestyle and any health concerns. You'll then undergo a comprehensive range of tests and checks, including a 30+ parameter blood test. Once your results have been reviewed, you'll receive a personalised report with clear insights into your health and any recommended next steps.
Which tests will be carried out during the appointment?
Your health assessment includes a comprehensive range of tests and checks designed to provide a detailed picture of your health. This includes a 30+ parameter blood test, blood pressure monitoring, body composition analysis, diabetes risk assessment, ECG heart health check and gender-specific tests where appropriate.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment time. This can be done using the link in your booking confirmation email.
If you wish to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, you may do so, however any pre-payment or deposit paid for your original appointment may be forfeited.
Can I cancel my appointment?
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be refunded, minus a £20 administration fee.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund.
When will I receive my results?
You'll typically receive your personalised report within 7–10 working days of your appointment. This allows time for all test results to be reviewed and compiled into a comprehensive report explaining your results and any recommended next steps.
Who reviews my results and how are they explained?
Your results will be reviewed by an experienced GP before being presented in a personalised report. The report explains your results in clear, easy-to-understand language, highlighting any areas that may benefit from further investigation, monitoring or lifestyle changes.
What if I need further tests or treatment after my health assessment?
If your assessment identifies any areas of concern, we'll discuss the most appropriate next steps with you. This may include lifestyle recommendations, additional testing, treatment or referral to a specialist. If required, we can help facilitate fast onward referrals to ensure you receive the care and support you need.
Can I book any add-on tests?
Yes. Additional tests may be available depending on your individual circumstances and health concerns. If there's a particular area of your health you'd like to explore further, please speak to our team before your appointment and we'll be happy to discuss the available options.
