Many types of initial consultation appointment can be booked online but please get in touch with us if:

• the appointment is for someone under 18 and not with a paediatric consultant
• you're seeking advice, diagnosis or treatment for cancer
• you're booking a procedure rather than an initial consultation

Getting a second opinion

You can book online for a second opinion appointment. Make sure to mention this as the reason for the appointment.

To help your consultant get the clearest picture of your care, please provide any relevant information from your previous appointments where possible, including:

• referral or clinic letters
• scan and imaging results
• test results
• details of previous treatment

Having this information available can help your consultant provide the most appropriate advice. If you do not have access to this information, or you're unsure what's needed, contact us and we'll be happy to talk things through.
