Excellent staff, pleasant and professional. Facilities all clean, comfortable and well maintained. The nursing staff for my procedure in particular were reassuring and absolutely lovely.
Matt Johnson is extremely pleasant, professional and reassuringly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the findings of my tests at a time when I was struggling to get my head around them and I left with a much greater understanding of my condition. Absolutely first class.
The nurse who escorted me to the Endoscopy room and was there during the process was particularly pleasant and reassuring. I can definitely say her reassurance made what could have been quite a scary experience a lot more pleasant. She made me feel particularly well looked after and in good hands.
