Firstly the friendly, efficient and helpful staff throughout. My care was dealt with very quickly with no fuss. The hospital is very clean and well presented in a lovely location. Mr Amin was friendly and reassuring, having seen him helping an elderly gentleman whilst waiting to see him, I was confident in his care. Mr Amin was also very understanding of my time scale, needing the surgery at short notice. I telephoned on Thursday, saw the consultant on Saturday, had my pre-op on Tuesday and the operation on Thursday. 7 days start to finish. Brilliant!
