From pre-operation registration to discharge I experienced nothing but kindness, care and efficiency. Mr Sanjeev Taneja is a very personable and calm individual whose professionalism and care makes one feel one is in good hands. He visited me on three occasions, including early on Saturday morning which was very reassuring and builds confidence in the whole process.
The nursing staff were particularly kind and efficient. They gave the impression that they had enough time to carry out all their duties and also to engage in conversation of a friendly and supportive nature. Every member of staff with whom I came in contact was pleasant and helpful and a credit to the hospital. Thank you.
