Efficient service, excellent consultant, good nursing staff and wonderful housekeeping. My consultant has been outstanding all the way through. She had picked me up from a different consultant - part way through a treatment programme - and has been a star. She also fitted around school holidays and was understanding about my work commitments at school. She explained everything at every stage and was brilliant with explaining things to my husband when I was in recovery as well. She is an absolute gem and a lifesaver.
