I was impressed with Mr Shyamalan's professionalism in treating the carpal tunnel in both my hands. His kind and reassuring manner put me at ease and I'm pleased with how the carpal tunnel operation on my right hand has relieved all pain and left a small scar that is barely noticeable.
I appreciated the fact that he suggested trying a cortisone injection on my left hand (instead of suggesting another operation) to see if it would ease the pain and so far it has done. I have no reservations in recommending Mr Shyamalan to anyone suffering with carpal tunnel syndrome.
