Catherine underwent gall bladder surgery with Hepatobiliary and Laparoscopic Surgeon Professor David Lloyd.
"I had gallbladder surgery in March and cannot praise my consultant Professor David Lloyd enough; my operation went very smoothly and the aftercare was second to none. I was never kept waiting for appointments and would highly recommend this hospital and especially Professor Lloyd who is a wonderful consultant.
"Lovely waiting area where you can pour yourself a decent cup of coffee/tea (all varieties) so no hardship if you were kept waiting.
"The anaesthetists were fantastic, they explained everything to me and were very friendly and certainly put me at ease. My day nurse Dawn and Christina my night nurse couldn’t do enough to make my stay comfortable.
"My room was clean and comfortable and because of the distance we travelled, my husband stayed overnight on a camp bed in my room and again, he was made very welcome.
"I would rate my stay as being five star!"
