I was recently an in patient in your wonderful establishment. I was there for a total right knee replacement which is, although not yet fully functional, allowing me to walk considerably better than I have been able for many years.
To say I was exceedingly impressed by the expertise of the procedure and the aftercare I received would be a gross understatement. It is not possible for me to name individual members of staff and their roles involved in the necessary procedures and the smooth daily running of the hospital.
Suffice it to say that all members of staff obviously use their expertise and talents to provide, under your guidance, politeness, care and comfort to all patients.
