My whole stay at Spire Bushey Hospital has been a most enjoyable and positive experience. Everyone was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The whole atmosphere was calming and friendly.
And for all those who shared in ensuring my care was the very best it could be, I want to thank you for all you did for me. Thank you for your patience when I needed to call for a nurse, the speed with which you provided extra pain relief when I asked for it, and the way you all always spent time listening to me when I was sharing things about my life. You were all so patient and never made me feel I was taking up your time (even though I probably was at times). Indeed everything I needed, you tended to my needs wonderfully without complaint. With good humour (and a) smile. I know that together with the Lord, I have the wonderful care of you all, and of course wonderful Mr Rudge, thank you for the fact that I am making such a good recovery.
Staying at Spire, be it for treatment/surgery for a one day stay or more, is like staying in a luxury but homely hotel - only better. With wonderful caring staff, all one's needs (are) met, no matter how trivial, professionally cooked food and a real sense that you really do matter to the staff at Spire. Your welfare really is paramount. Thank you to all those whose names I didn't manage to get hold of. You were all wonderful.
