I qualified from Guy's Hospital, London, and undertook surgical training in the South West of England, including postgraduate research into surgical training and competency and a specialist fellowship in laparoscopic and open colorectal surgery in Toronto, Canada.
I have a busy practice at North Bristol Trust where I was appointed as a consultant colorectal surgeon in 2008. I have completed Lapco, the UK Training Programme for Laparoscopic Colorectal Surgery, assessments.
I have a specialist interest in treating patients with colorectal disorders.
