First Class Honours Physiotherapy BSc
I am the Physiotherapy Team Leader and a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, supporting patients with a wide range of joint, muscle and balance-related conditions.
I treat a variety of concerns including spinal pain, shoulder problems and hand injuries, as well as providing rehabilitation programmes to improve strength, mobility and overall function. I also have specialist interests in acupuncture, clinical Pilates and vestibular rehabilitation, helping patients manage dizziness and balance disorders.
I trained at the University of Liverpool, graduating with a first-class honours degree in Physiotherapy, and have over 10 years’ experience working across both NHS and private settings. During this time, I have developed advanced assessment and treatment skills through working in musculoskeletal and consultant-led clinics, supporting patients with both routine and more complex conditions.
I continue to build on my skills through ongoing professional development, completing postgraduate training in areas such as acupuncture, Pilates-based rehabilitation and vestibular therapy. Alongside my clinical role, I am passionate about teaching and regularly support physiotherapy students during their training.
I understand how much musculoskeletal pain and balance issues can impact daily life, so I take time to listen carefully and provide clear, practical advice tailored to each individual.
My focus is on helping patients move more comfortably and confidently, supporting long-term recovery and wellbeing.
