BSc, MSc
I am a Specialist Respiratory Physiotherapist with experience supporting patients with a wide range of breathing and lung conditions.
I help patients manage symptoms such as breathlessness, persistent cough and breathing pattern disorders, as well as long-term conditions including asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis and pulmonary fibrosis. I provide personalised assessment and rehabilitation programmes, including breathing retraining, airway clearance techniques and structured exercise plans to help improve confidence and quality of life.
I also support patients with newer or more complex issues, including long COVID and problems with hyperventilation, offering practical strategies to manage symptoms and improve day-to-day function. Guidance on the correct use of inhalers and nebulisers is also an important part of treatment.
I began my training in physiotherapy overseas before continuing my career in the UK, gaining experience across acute hospital settings including critical care and respiratory wards. I now work within a specialist respiratory team, supporting patients both in hospital and outpatient clinics.
At Spire Liverpool, I work closely with respiratory consultants and physiologists to provide coordinated care and tailored treatment plans.
I understand how frustrating breathing difficulties can be, so I take time to listen carefully and provide clear, supportive advice throughout treatment.
