Mrs Andrea Yeboah-Regis

Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Sc (Hons) Physiotherapy, PG Cert Women's Health

I am a highly experienced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with over 20 years experience in NHS and private settings providing evidence-based treatment for a range of pelvic health conditions through the ages especially in pregnancy.

I specialise in pelvic floor dysfunction including stress, urge and mixed urinary incontinence, mild to moderate pelvic organ prolapse, accidental bowel leakage, weak pelvic floor muscles especially during the pregnancy, postnatal and menopause transition periods and increased pelvic floor tone and poor coordination which can lead to pelvic floor dysfunction.

My clinical interests are pelvic floor dysfunction in pregnancy, the postnatal period and menopause. General wellbeing, maintaining physical strength and fitness during pregnancy, the postnatal period, pre and post menopause. I am also a trained pregnancy yoga instructor and a registered Public Health Practitioner (UKPHR), bringing a holistic and evidence-based approach to pelvic health and well-being.

As the founder of the Wellbeing and Exercise in Pregnancy Programme (WEPP), I enable local populations to stay active, informed, and empowered through pregnancy and the postnatal period. I am particularly passionate about the importance of Pelvic Health during this time.
