Physiotherapist

I am a Physiotherapist with experience supporting patients through a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and recovery journeys.

I qualified in 2018 from York St John University, following a degree in Health Science and Physiology. I began my career at Lincoln County Hospital, where I gained experience across trauma and orthopaedics, acute medical care and musculoskeletal outpatients. During this time, I developed a strong interest in MSK physiotherapy and went on to secure a permanent role in this area, working with patients referred from GPs, consultants and specialist services.

Since joining Spire Liverpool Hospital in 2021, I have continued to build on my clinical skills while supporting patients with tailored rehabilitation programmes. This includes setting up and delivering a weekly Total Knee Replacement class, helping patients prepare for surgery and recover safely afterwards.

I work closely with each patient to understand their goals, whether that’s returning to sport, work or everyday activities, and provide practical advice and exercises to support progress.

Creating a supportive and encouraging environment is important to me, helping patients feel confident and motivated throughout their recovery.
