I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2018 from York St John University, after studying Health Science & Physiology at IT Sligo 2012-2015.

I started my physiotherapy career at Lincoln County Hospital, rotating through trauma orthopaedics, acute medical and MSK outpatients, before specialising as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.

I have been employed by Spire Liverpool Hospital since September 2021, further enhancing clinical skills, and treatments, which has also led me to initiate and deliver the ACL class every Monday.
