I have been a Consultant Oral, Maxillofacial and Facial Plastic Surgeon, for 15 years. I am dually qualified in Medicine and Dentistry and am the Surgical Director for ENT, Plastic Surgery, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Vascular Surgery at Cambridge University Hospitals. With my private practice held at Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital.
I have specialist experience in the full range of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with specific focus on facial trauma, facial deformity surgery, Orthognathic surgery including treatment for sleep apnoea, jaw joint surgery, salivary gland surgery, dental implants, facial cosmetic and reconstructive procedures and skin cancer surgery.
My approach is centred on compassion, clarity and respect. I take time to understand each persons concerns and goals, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout their care.
I have pioneered the use of 3D and virtual surgical planning, in trauma and Orthognathic surgery and use advanced technology to achieve precise, natural-looking results. Patients benefit from this attention to detail, clinical excellence, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes both functionally and aesthetically.
Beyond the UK practice, I am deeply committed to global health. I regularly volunteer my expertise to deliver life-changing facial surgery in under-served communities through Cambridge Global Health Partnerships. In addition to clinical work, I contribute significantly to surgical training of the next generation of surgeons, education, lecturing and running courses both nationally and internationally.
