I am an accredited Consultant Urological Surgeon providing expert comprehensive urological care. I specialise in Penile conditions, especially cancer, and I am one of the Lead Clinicians for the North West. I have an interest in Penile Surgery which includes some reconstructive work and an element of Sexual Dysfunction. This has led to a clinical interest in Male Factor Infertility including 'loupes assisted' vasectomy reversal, which allows for better surgical precision, offering greater potential for success.
I manage bladder and prostate cancer. I have developed a specialist interest in new technologies for the treatment of these conditions. In addition, I have a significant general urological practice for benign conditions.
I trained in Manchester, London and Strasbourg and currently practice as a Consultant Urologist across South Manchester. In addition to this, I am Professor of Surgery within the Manchester Academic Health Sciences Centre (MAHSC).
