I am a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon with extensive experience in treating hip and knee conditions, sports-related knee injuries and traumatic injuries. I have completed double fellowship training, giving me advanced specialist expertise in these areas.

From our very first appointment, I aim to make you feel comfortable, informed and confident about your care. I understand that considering surgery can feel daunting, so I take the time to listen to your concerns, explain your options clearly and answer any questions you may have. I believe patients should be actively involved in decisions about their treatment and I support them throughout every stage of their surgical journey.

My practice is dedicated to hip and knee replacement surgery, knee arthroscopy (keyhole surgery used to diagnose and treat problems inside the knee joint) and the management of traumatic injuries.

As a high-volume surgeon, I perform total hip replacements at a rate more than three times the national average. This breadth of experience allows me to provide patients with reassurance and confidence when considering treatment.
My focus is always on achieving the best possible outcome for each individual patient, delivering personalised care that is tailored to their needs, lifestyle and goals.
