After graduating from The Queen's University of Belfast I did my pre membership training in the Belfast Teaching Hospitals. My post membership training was at St James' University Hospital and The Jessop Hospital for Women, Sheffield, before taking up a consultant post at Good Hope Hospital in Sutton Coldfield.

I offer a full gynaecological service with a special interest in minimal access surgery. I have extensive experience with diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy and treatments for excessive menstrual bleeding and I am proud to have introduced uterine balloon ablation to Spire Little Aston Hospital. I have a keen interest in pelvic pain and laparoscopic treatment of endometriosis. I am a certified colposcopist with BSCCP and offer colposcopy services. In my NHS practice I run a menopause service and offer advice on all forms of hormone replacement therapy (HRT).

I have a strong interest in training and I am a college tutor in obstetrics and gynaecology and also a postgraduate clinical tutor at Good Hope Hospital.
