I specialise in general orthopaedic surgery with specific interest in hip and knee arthroplasty (joint replacement surgery) as well as general lower limb trauma.

In addition to my clinical work, I am also involved in the education and training of medical students and junior doctors. I am a clinical supervisor to third year medical students from the University of Liverpool. I am also a Clinical and Educational Supervisor to junior doctors (FY1, FY2, Core Surgical Trainees and Specialist Registrar's) during their orthopaedic placement at WUTH. I am the current President of the Mersey Orthopaedic Training Association (58 Society).
