I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in all adult foot and ankle surgery and trauma surgery. I am a consultant at Epsom and St Helier University Hospital.
My specialist interests include all conditions relating to the adult foot and ankle including sports injuries, forefoot surgery including bunions, arthroscopy and reconstruction. I perform minimally invasive foot surgery and have introduced and now perform extra-corporeal shockwave therapy in several hospitals. I lead a foot and ankle sports injury/heel pain clinic and I set up and run a diabetic multi-disciplinary foot clinic.
I qualified from St Bartholomew’s and the Royal London Hospital Medical College and went on to complete my orthopaedic training in London.
I have had extensive training in foot and ankle surgery and completed three UK based fellowships with world-renowned surgeons as well as a travelling fellowship to Boston, USA. I have presented and published research in orthopaedics throughout the world and continue to perform research in the field of foot and ankle surgery.
I have an interest in training and run a fellowship training programme and am faculty on several national training courses. I have a keen interest in teaching and I currently examine on the MSc in trauma and orthopaedics at Brighton University and teach on several FRCS (Tr and Orth) courses. I have completed a postgraduate diploma in trauma and orthopaedics.

When able, I still play football, golf, cycle and compete weekly in the very successful Parkruns with my two children.
