I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising mainly in hip and knee surgery, with a particular interest in the investigation and treatment of hip joint pain. I understand how joint problems can affect mobility, comfort and quality of life, and I work closely with each patient to develop a treatment plan tailored to their individual needs and goals.
After graduating from the University of Edinburgh Medical School, I completed my surgical training in Edinburgh before undertaking specialist orthopaedic training in both Oxford and Edinburgh. I further developed my expertise through Specialist Fellowships in Brisbane, Australia and Edinburgh, gaining advanced experience in hip and knee surgery.
