I grew up on the Fylde Coast and studied medicine at the University of Manchester, where I completed both my undergraduate and postgraduate training. I undertook my orthopaedic training as a registrar within the Manchester Teaching Hospitals and other hospitals across the North West.
I completed specialist fellowship training in knee replacement surgery, arthroscopic (keyhole) knee surgery and hip replacement surgery. I currently work as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Blackpool Victoria Hospital, where my practice focuses on all aspects of knee surgery, including total knee replacement, arthroscopic procedures and cruciate ligament reconstruction. I also perform conventional hip replacement surgery.
My clinical interests include the use of advanced techniques such as Mako® robotic‑arm assisted surgery for joint replacement, supporting precision and tailored surgical approaches.
