I have been a Consultant Vascular Surgeon in Worcestershire since 1994, with a specialist focus on the modern, minimally invasive treatment of varicose veins. I now dedicate my practice exclusively to the assessment and management of venous disease, providing expert care for patients across Worcester and the surrounding areas.

Since 1999, I have offered a one‑stop varicose vein consultation in Worcester, combining clinical assessment with on‑site duplex ultrasound scanning to accurately diagnose venous reflux and tailor treatment to each patient. Since 2004, I have been regularly performing endovenous thermal ablation procedures, including laser and radiofrequency treatments, as well as ultrasound‑guided foam sclerotherapy, all carried out under local anaesthetic.

I believe strongly in providing a bespoke treatment pathway for every patient, ensuring that their individual symptoms, expectations, and lifestyle are fully taken into account. The vast majority of patients with varicose veins in Worcester can now be treated safely and effectively without the need for a general anaesthetic, in a day‑case or ambulatory setting, allowing for rapid recovery and excellent outcomes.

Having stepped away from the assessment and treatment of arterial disease, my practice is now entirely focused on delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based varicose vein care using the latest minimally invasive techniques.
