I am a Consultant Gynaecologist with a special interest in complex gynaecological surgery and oncology at Good Hope Hospital, University Hospitals of Birmingham NHS Trust. I am an expert in various general gynaecological conditions including ovarian cysts, menstrual disorders, menopause, infertility, uterine polyps and fibroids. My other strength is operative hysteroscopy for uterine polyps, sub-mucous fibroids, uterine septum and endometrial ablations.

My main clinical interest is in advanced laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery and I have completed training in renowned centres in the UK and overseas. I specialise in total laparoscopic (keyhole) hysterectomy that promotes enhanced recovery, early discharge from the hospital (within 24hrs) and early return to work with very high levels of patient satisfaction. I also specialise in laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis and pelvic pain.

I completed my specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology in the West Midlands in 2011.

I continuously audit my clinical performances to make sure excellent care is delivered to all my patients.

Spire Little Aston Hospital is now a BSGE Accredited Endometriosis Centre. Our expert team provide advanced diagnostic and treatment options for women living with endometriosis.
