I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in foot and ankle conditions. My clinical interests include treating sports injuries of the foot and ankle, ankle arthritis treatment including total ankle replacement, correcting foot deformities and foot arthritis.
I have a wide range of experience in treating foot and ankle sports injuries and have regularly treated professional athletes including football and rugby teams, as well as many patients wishing to return to their recreational sport or hobbies that are important to them.
I regularly teach as faculty on national and international courses on surgical techniques, including ankle ligament reconstruction and ankle replacement surgery. I'm also involved with ongoing research projects and have published research papers relating to ankle surgery in peer reviewed journals.
