"The Spire London East team have been fantastic in providing high quality of care for my patients. The atmosphere is friendly, supportive and collaborative with a focus on the entire patient journey."
I am a Consultant and clinical lead in Otolaryngology at the Homerton University Hospital, London. I have extensive specialist experience in the treatment of ear infections, hearing loss, dizziness and balance disorders in adults and children. I also have a high level of clinical and surgical expertise in a wide range of general and emergency Otolaryngology conditions.
My current practice consists of regular adult and paediatric ENT clinics and operating sessions, with a specific focus in Otology and middle ear surgery. I specialise in general ENT with subspecialist expertise in Otology. These special interests include dizziness and balance disorders, ear infections, eustachian tube dysfunction and hearing loss.
To date I have performed over 150 mastoid operations, over 150 tympanoplasties (ear drum repair, including endoscopic approaches) and over 200 endoscopic nasal and sinus operations
After completing Specialist training across numerous centres of excellence in London and South East England, I undertook a Fellowship in Otology & Skull Base Surgery at Guys & St Thomas Hospitals, as well as Observerships at the world-renowned House Institute in California, and at Toronto General Hospital focusing on Endoscopic Ear Surgery.
I continued to pursue my research interests while achieving a Master Degree with Distinction in Audiovestibular Medicine at the Ear Institute, University College London. This has provided me with specific expertise in Neurotology and the management of dizziness and vertigo. My work has been presented at conferences both nationally and internationally.
