I have 20 years' experience in ophthalmology working in a variety of eminent ophthalmic centres in the UK and internationally. Currently I am working as a Corneal Consultant in Singleton Hospital, Swansea. I have completed a prestigious fellowship at the University of Toronto in Cornea and Refractive Surgery, where I learnt the pioneering technique of Cornea transplantation through keyhole access (DMEK). I am the only UK surgeon to be invited to the faculty of the American Academy of Ophthalmology meeting to teach this technique. Besides offering Premium Lenses for cataract surgery, I also am the only surgeon offering Corneal cross linking to patients with Keratoconus on the NHS.

Cataract Surgery, Clear Lens Extraction, Refractive Lens Exchange, Multifocal IOL's, Premium IOL's, Presbyopic lens, Pterygium Surgery, Ocular Surface, Cornea Transplantation, DMEK. PKP, Secondary IOL's, Superficial Keratectomy, EDTA chelation, Corneal Tattooing.

To date I have peroformed more than 1,000 Cataract Surgeries and about 150 Cornea transplants.

In addition to my clinical work, I am proud to be College tutor at Singleton and Honorary Senior Lecturer at Cardiff University, teaching Optometry Students.
