I undertake major trauma and complex hip and knee surgery as well as routine elective lower limb surgery.
I qualified in 1984 from the University of Delhi so have been practising for 34 years to date. I trained on the Royal London Hospital rotation both as a Registrar and a Senior Registrar.
My special clinical interests include ACL reconstruction and cartilage repair. Arthroscopic knee surgery: therapeutic knee arthroscopy, including meniscal repair, anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Knee replacement surgery: primary, complex primary and revision joint replacement. Hip replacement surgery: primary, complex primary and revision joint replacement, joint replacement for younger active adults including hip resurfacing and the use of modern bearing surfaces such as ceramic-on-ceramic implant. Sports injury including football injuries and trauma - fractures and soft tissue injuries.
