Some of the principal treatments carried out by Mr Mahendra Kulkarni at Spire include:
Hand and wrist surgery
After completion of training and the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) in General Surgery, I undertook higher training in Plastic Aesthetic & Reconstructive Surgery in London, East Grinstead, Chelmsford and Trent region. This involved fellowships and specialist experience in reconstructive surgery of the breast, microsurgery, cosmetic surgery and hand surgery.
I have gained research trust awards for my clinical research in hand surgery. This research work has resulted in a number of presentations and publications nationally and internationally.
I consider my work to help people achieve better quality of life by realistic understanding of their problems and tailored application of surgical and non-surgical techniques. I welcome referrals on breast reshaping surgery, cosmetic facial surgery, hand surgery and non-surgical cosmetic treatment to the Spire Thames Valley Hospital.
