I graduated in medicine from Guy's and St Thomas’ Hospital known as United Medical and Dental Schools at the time with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery and Bachelor of Science in Experimental Pathology and Genetics.
After completing my house officer training in Tunbridge Wells I taught anatomy under Professor Harold Ellis at Guy's, Kings and St Thomas’ medical school. I completed my basic surgical training in Sussex attaining my membership of the Royal College of Surgeons England.
I was then selected for specialist registrar training through the London deanery and South East Thames attaining my Diploma in Orthopaedics from the University of Brighton and my Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons England.
I underwent specialist foot and ankle fellowship training at several centres in Sydney, Australia which included the treatment of elite athletes and minimally invasive surgical techniques. On return to the UK I did a second fellowship in trauma surgery at the King's College London Major Trauma Centre.
I took up a consultant post and set up the foot and ankle unit at Croydon University Hospital. My practice covers all aspects of foot and ankle surgery striving for excellence using evidence based methods.
I am an exponent of minimally invasive surgery allowing the majority of my cases to be performed as day case procedures. I strongly believe communication is the key to successful treatment and believe in involving them in this experience.

I grew up in Kent and trained in the South East of London and England. I am married with two children and try to make the most of any time outside work.
I played college rugby and hockey to first team level and still play club hockey when family time allows. My passion for sport nurtured my interest and qualification in sports medicine after completing my medical and orthopaedic training.
