I have been a Consultant ENT Surgeon for 19 years. I am dual trained and worked in the Armed Forces when I originally trained in India. I have had a holistic approach throughout my career and I have expertise in diagnosing and managing all ENT conditions. I specialise in endoscopic ear surgery and neurotology. 

I also treat patients with primary snoring disorders and sleep disordered breathing. I currently lead the North Thames Clinical Research Network and work closely with the National Institute for Health Research.

I have vast experience in ENT and consider myself fortunate to be able to deal with any ENT situation in an emergency. If there was an Emergency Medicine specialty that deals with ENT alone that would be me. This is kept me in a comfortable position to deal with any ENT disorder. On this background I have developed foreground knowledge and skill in endoscopic otology and hearing disorders. I also specialise in balance disorders and tinnitus.

I am also the Specialty Lead at the Research Network in North Thames territory and this is a NIHR post.
