I have been working as a Consultant in Rhinology and ENT Surgery at Frimley Park Hospital since August 2003, having studied in the field of rhinology (diseases of the nose) in the UK, Germany and Austria. My training includes sinus surgery and rhinoplasty (nose reshaping). I have been invited to present papers on ENT related matters at both a national and international level, and written publications on all aspects of ENT surgery, including writing a chapter for a text book concerning Facial Plastic Surgery.

I specialise in treatments of the nose and sinuses including rhinoplasty and balloon sinuplasty but also have a practice in general ENT for both adults and children. I also treat patients with skin cancer, participate in a voice clinic and run a snoring and sleep apnoea clinic jointly with a respiratory physician.

I keep an up to date surgical log book with the Royal College of Surgeons of England. I perform approximately 100 endoscopic sinus surgery (including balloon sinuplasty) procedures a year and 30 rhinoplasty procedures a year.

I am a Chief of Service in Specialist Surgery at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust and I am responsible for clinical governance and patient safety in ENT, Ophthalmology and Maxillofacial Surgery across the whole of Frimley Health.

I am a member of the skin cancer multidisciplinary team at Frimley Park Hospital and member of the Medical Advisory Commitee of Spire Clare Park Hospital.

I am a member of the consent implementation group, theatre management group, day surgery group and CCG liaison group at Frimley Park Hospital. I am a chairman of the out-patient steering group and sit on the higher executive board Frimley Park Hospital. I am an educational supervisor for a number of trainee ENT surgeons and regularly participates in GP educational events.
