Virtual consultations:
I have been working as a Consultant in both the NHS and private practice since 1999. My specialist training included fellowships in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery in London, as well as advanced training in modern breast surgery at the Marie Curie Institute in Paris.
Over more than 20 years, I have developed broad experience in breast surgery. In my private practice, I regularly perform procedures such as breast enlargement, breast reduction, and breast lifting. I also support patients seeking breast rejuvenation following pregnancy or weight loss, and those with complex congenital or developmental breast asymmetry. In addition, I frequently see patients who would like corrective breast surgery after results they are unhappy with from previous procedures carried out elsewhere.
I also have extensive experience in fat grafting (also known as lipomodelling), a technique that uses your own fat to restore volume and improve shape.
Within my NHS practice, I specialise in breast reconstruction, including advanced microvascular techniques that are used to address more complex cases. I previously served as the clinical lead for the breast cancer service at my NHS Trust for four years.
I am a member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstruction and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS), the Association of Breast Surgeons (ABS), and the European Association of Plastic Surgeons (EURAPS). I am also certified in cosmetic surgery and non-surgical cosmetic procedures through the Royal College of Surgeons Cosmetic Surgery Certification Scheme.
Throughout my career, I have contributed to national committees with BAPRAS and EURAPS, focusing on improving education, training, and standards within plastic surgery. In recognition of this work, I was awarded a national silver award from the Advisory Committee on Clinical Excellence Awards in 2021.
I am involved in national and international expert panels on breast implants. I have also published extensively in the scientific literature relating to plastic and breast surgery.
My privacy notice is available via my medical secretary.
