Virtual consultations:
I am a Consultant Neurosurgeon with specialist expertise in complex brain and spinal conditions, including advanced functional and stereotactic neurosurgery.
I support patients with a wide range of neurological conditions, including trigeminal neuralgia, epilepsy and movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, where treatments like deep brain stimulation (DBS) may be appropriate. I also manage spasticity and provide care for patients with brain tumours, particularly those located in more delicate or “eloquent” areas of the brain that require careful, precise treatment.
Alongside this, I treat degenerative spinal conditions, helping patients with symptoms such as back pain, nerve compression and mobility difficulties. My approach is always focused on achieving the best possible outcomes while minimising risk and supporting recovery.
Having completed advanced fellowship training in functional neurosurgery and epilepsy surgery, I use the latest techniques to provide highly specialised, evidence-based care. I understand that neurological conditions can feel complex and overwhelming, so I take time to explain each diagnosis clearly and guide patients through their treatment options.
My aim is to provide personalised care that supports both symptom control and overall quality of life, working closely with each patient to find the most appropriate treatment plan.
