I am a Consultant Colorectal and General Surgeon.

My main colorectal interests are in colorectal cancer surgery and inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis). I perform laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery, combined with a recently introduced enhanced recovery pathway to safely accelerate the recovery period to minimise the effects of major surgery on normal bodily function. 

I also perform colorectal surgery and specialise in coloproctology, gastrointestinal cancer, hernia repairs, laparoscopic surgery, inflammatory bowel disease.

I have trained in various techniques of haemorrhoid surgery, anal fissure treatments and fistula surgery.
