I have more than 20 years' experience in plastic surgery and have spent the last nine years as a consultant in the NHS. I have a busy private practice in the North West region. I take personal interest in all my patients, seeing them personally pre-operatively and post-operatively. My philosophy is to listen to patients and treat them according to their wishes and desires.

I started my career in surgery in 1986 and have worked in plastic surgery since 1994. I am an NHS consultant in hand and plastic surgery and I am on the specialist register of the General Medical Council achieving the CCT. I also hold the specialist FRCS (Plast) qualification.

During my training I completed fellowships in aesthetic surgery, microsurgery and hand surgery.

I have a lot of experience in cosmetic surgery working as a consultant since 2008. Due to this experience I am able to carry out all aspects of cosmetic surgery in a safe way, and achieving consistently good results for my patients.

I am a keen teacher who has always been involved in training other surgeons. I teach Plastic Surgery Skills courses at the Royal College of Surgeons of England. I am also part of the teaching faculty at upper and lower limb spasticity courses in Liverpool.
