I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in hip and knee surgery, with extensive experience helping patients manage pain and restore mobility.
I treat a wide range of conditions, including arthritis, joint pain and injuries affecting the hip and knee. I offer both non-surgical treatments and surgical options where needed, including primary and revision joint replacement, as well as keyhole (arthroscopic) procedures.
Alongside elective surgery, I also have experience managing complex trauma, including pelvic and acetabular fractures, supporting patients with both planned treatment and recovery following injury.
I have been working as a consultant since 2011 and have developed a specialist interest in lower limb surgery, particularly hip and knee replacement. I am also the Clinical Director for elective orthopaedics, working closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality, efficient care for patients.
I am involved in specialist services for patients with cancer affecting the bones, helping to deliver coordinated care and advanced reconstructive procedures as part of a multidisciplinary team.
In addition to my clinical work, I am actively involved in teaching and research, supporting medical students and orthopaedic trainees and contributing to improvements in patient care.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and spending time with my family, including playing cricket and badminton.
