I provide innovative treatments to patients including growth factor treatments in chronic tendinopathies and osteoarthritis, and hip joint preserving surgery (hip arthroscopy and femoral head resculpting).
I am actively involved in research having completed my doctorate of medicine (MD) research degree at Imperial College London. I have numerous articles in peer reviewed journals and am actively involved in teaching of undergraduates and surgical trainees at UHS. I supervise medical students in their BMed science projects, and have recently been made trauma research lead at UHS.
I am the regional lead for pelvic and acetabular reconstruction providing a tertiary referral service for the Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire areas in this complex field of expertise, which is centralised at UHS. I am also the sarcoma lead at UHS, assessing patients with new primary bone and soft tissue malignancies and treating patients with secondary malignancies.

I was educated at St Paul’s School in London and read medicine at University College London. I enjoy most sports and play golf, football, and cricket regularly for local teams. I live locally in Southampton with my wife and four children.
