I am currently working as a Consultant in Cardiac Surgery with a sub-specialist interest in Mitral valve surgery at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital. I have been a Consultant for over six years with excellent outcomes.

I am also involved in developing sutureless aortic valve replacement and surgical TAVI in severe mitral annular calcification in very high risk patients. I also sub-specialise in multi-valve surgery, minimal access surgery, surgery for atrial fibrillation and total arterial revascularisation for coronary artery bypass grafting.

I have recently been appointed as the Deputy Lead for Cardiac surgery at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital.

I completed my clinical (Pan London Cardiothoracic Surgery Training Program, London) and academic training (PhD, Imperial |college London) with numerous national and international presentations and publications.
