MD, FRCS
I am a Consultant Colorectal and General Surgeon with over 13 years’ experience, specialising in bowel conditions and endoscopy.
I currently practise at Noble’s Hospital on the Isle of Man, where I am Clinical Lead for Endoscopy and Colorectal Surgery and Chair of the Gastrointestinal MDT. I see patients with a wide range of digestive and bowel-related concerns, including changes in bowel habit, abdominal pain and colorectal cancer.
My work includes both diagnostic and surgical care. I regularly perform endoscopic procedures such as gastroscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy, as well as keyhole (laparoscopic) surgery for conditions like hernias and gallbladder disease. I also treat colorectal conditions, including cancer, offering a personalised approach to care from diagnosis through to treatment.
Alongside planned procedures, I have experience in emergency general surgery, which has helped me develop a well-rounded and practical approach to patient care.
I believe in clear communication and taking the time to explain findings and treatment options, so patients feel reassured and fully informed at every stage of their care.
Outside of work, I enjoy skiing and spending time with my family.
