I am a consultant ENT and thyroid surgeon with over 20 years’ specialist experience, seeing patients at Spire Murrayfield Hospital Wirral for a wide range of ear, nose, throat and head and neck concerns. I offer clear, thorough assessments and aim to provide prompt diagnosis and treatment, always taking time to explain findings and next steps in a way that feels easy to understand.
I regularly see patients with symptoms such as nasal blockage, sinus problems, snoring, sleep‑related breathing issues, voice changes, swallowing difficulties, hearing problems, dizziness and balance disorders. I also provide rapid‑access assessment for neck lumps and suspected head and neck cancer, helping to ensure early reassurance or onward treatment where needed.
Alongside my private practice at Spire, I work as Clinical Lead and Head and Neck Cancer Lead at the Countess of Chester Hospital, where I am closely involved in the management of complex ENT and thyroid conditions. My surgical work includes both general ENT procedures and more specialised head and neck surgery, with a focus on minimally invasive techniques wherever appropriate.
At Spire, I can offer investigations such as flexible laryngoscopy and imaging, as well as treatments including sinus surgery, procedures for nasal blockage or polyps, voice and swallowing assessments, ear microsuction and salivary gland or neck lump surgery when required.
