I perform about 500 foot and ankle surgeries each year of which approximately 70% are keyhole operations using minimally invasive or arthroscopic techniques. Whilst in the past I had a broad training in Trauma and Orthopaedics, operating throughout the body, I now focus only on foot and ankle surgery. As such these are all foot and ankle operations.
I am a keen educator and regularly teach other Consultants nationally and internationally on minimally invasive surgery as well as teaching the next generation of consultants through courses run by the Foot and Ankle Society.
I am committed to furthering foot and ankle surgery through continued research and the author of numerous peer-reviewed publications
I am a regular reviewer for foot and ankle publications in the Bone and Joint Journal.
