I have been a Consultant Gynaecologist for 16 years and I am one of the senior Obstetricians and Gynaecologists at Frimley Park Hospital, with special expertise in minimally invasive surgery, emergency gynaecology/early pregnancy care, gynaecological ultrasound, colposcopy and menopause. Known for my friendly and calm approach, I am a highly skilled professional who always strives for excellence in my work.

I offer expert advice and treatment in the following areas: Well woman check, cervical smear and abnormality, pre-pregnancy counselling, menopause treatment, endometriosis investigation and treatment, heavy periods and menstrual problems investigation and treatment, vaginal Prolapse treatment, urinary incontinence issues, pelvic pain investigations and treatment, polycystic ovaries problems, investigation and treatment, fertility issues, fibroids, ovarian cysts, vaginal discharge issues and treatment and family planning advice, including insertion and removal of Mirena IUS and contraceptive implants.

As a gynaecologist, I have practised in three different continents, over the past 25 years and I have gained a wide range of experience within this field. The typical surgeries I perform competently are Laparoscopic surgery, sterilisation, laparoscopic excision of endometriosis, removal of ovarian cysts or ovaries or tubes, total laparoscopic hysterectomy, laparoscopic ventrosuspension, laparoscopic ovarian drilling, gynaecological surgery, hysteroscopy (outpatient and day case), laparoscopy, endometrial ablation (Novasure), hysterectomy (laparoscopic, vaginal and abdominal), removal of fibroids (myomectomy), prolapse surgery and ovarian cysts removal.

I obtained my medical qualification from the University College London Medical School in 1995 and completed my postgraduate specialist training in the Oxford Deanery in 2006. I have since practised in Australia, West Africa and the United Kingdom. I have had opportunity over the years to show leadership as Clinical Director, undergraduate Women’s Health Programme Director and Postgraduate Trainer in minimally invasive surgery.

I have also been the RCOG International Representative Committee (IRC) Deputy Chair/Secretary for Ghana, West Africa since 2016. I am currently cross-site lead for colposcopy at Frimley Health NHS Trust.

I live in Langley, Berkshire with my wife and three Children. I enjoy listening to music, eating out with friends/family and reading.
