I am a Consultant Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with a private practice at Spire Norwich Hospital. My expertise and specialist interest is the foot and ankle. I carry out a range of foot and ankle surgery and treatments including ankle arthroscopy, ankle replacement surgery, bunion removal and surgery for removal of partial or entire nail for ingrowing toenail problems.  Other conditions I provide treatment for include sport's injuries, soft tissue injuries, fractures, ankle instability, foot deformities, arthritic problems, mid foot and heel pain and diabetic foot problems.  One of my special clinical interests is neuromuscular foot disorders relating to cerebral palsy, Charcot-Marie Tooth (CMT disease) and drop foot deformity.

I qualified in 2001 from King's College London's School of Medicine. My training was mostly undertaken in East Anglia with specialist foot and ankle fellowships in Cambridge and Liverpool. In 2011 I was awarded an AO Trauma fellowship in Tennessee, USA and the following year I was awarded the European Foot and Ankle Society travelling fellowship. This gave me the opportunity to gain personal experience working with some of the most eminent foot and ankle surgeons in Austria, Switzerland and France.

I am a member of the General Medical Council, Royal College of Surgeons of England, British Orthopaedic Association and British Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society. I regularly attend foot and ankle meetings and have been invited to give presentations at national and international meetings.
