Professional profile

I am a Consultant Hand and Peripheral Nerve Surgeon specialising in hand, wrist and nerve surgery.

I have travelled to multiple centres of excellence in Europe, North America and Asia to learn from leading experts in hand and nerve surgery. My pursuits of professional development have been supported by the awards of Zimmer SCOT travelling fellowship, BOA travelling fellowship, FESSH travelling award and BSSH Stack fellowship.

Following my consultant appointment in 2013, I have established a new clinical service providing treatment for patients with peripheral nerve injuries. I have also developed particular interests in the management of scapular winging, painful neuroma and scaphoid nonunion.

I regularly publish academic articles in peer-reviewed journals and lecture at national and international scientific meetings. I currently serve as the council member of BSSH and sit in the committee of TIG in hand surgery.
