I am a consultant ophthalmic and vitreoretinal surgeon at University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff.
I qualified from Leeds University Medical School with honours in 1988. My further training in ophthalmology which included a fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery was undertaken in Leeds, Nottingham and South Africa.
