My training began at the Universities of Cambridge and London and I subsequently did a higher MD degree in Prostate Research at Newcastle University.

In 2007 I brought laser stone surgery to the area and have since updated treatment pathways for all stone patients using newer techniques with lithotripsy and more rapid percutaneous stone surgery.

In addition to the TURP procedure for outflow obstruction (BPH), I now provide prostatic urethral lift surgery (Urolift) and prostatic steam injection (Rezum) to reduce length of stay and the possibility of side effects following surgery.
